How to Apply
1 A predefined application form has to be submitted by 2 weeks before the departure (in case financial support is needed, absolute deadline will be announced around January in evey fiscal year). The application form has to be submitted by email to the designated address (signature/stamp by the supervising professor are not necessary). The applicant also has to register the course using Educational (Kyomu) Web System for students.
  2 The application will be examined by the committee in charge for approval.
  3 While being abroad, the applicant will be supervised by the host and local supervisors and undertake the oversaes research activities.
  4 A predefined report form has to be submitted by no later than 3 weeks after the stay. The report should be sent by email to the designated address. The committee will evaluate the report and approve the credit.
